3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects, you agree to:

• Provide clear, accurate, and complete requirements for your project.
• Deliver necessary assets (logos, text, images, credentials) in a timely manner.
• Respond to requests for feedback or approval within the agreed-upon timeframes. Delay in client feedback may result in adjusted project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

• Pre-existing Materials: Dynamic Labz retains all rights to any pre-existing tools, code libraries, or frameworks used during the development process.
• Final Deliverables: Upon final and full payment, the client is granted the rights to the final completed project as outlined in the project contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dynamic Labz, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services or website.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
