This intelligent system automates the extraction, analysis, and validation of key fields from incoming documents, ensuring unmatched accuracy and efficiency. Our AI model was meticulously trained on real-world police reports to recognize diverse formats, handle inconsistencies, and validate critical data points seamlessly.
The system operates in three core stages: Document Parsing, AI-Driven Validation, and Structured Output Generation. First, incoming PDFs and DOCX files from 25+ police forces are scanned and processed using advanced OCR and NLP techniques, ensuring even complex or semi-structured documents are accurately interpreted. Once extracted, each of the 15+ key fields undergoes rigorous validation using AI algorithms that detect missing or incomplete information. If any discrepancies are found, the system flags them instantly for review. The final output is then converted into a structured JSON format, enabling seamless integration with the client’s existing infrastructure.
